Inspection visits
If you would like to undertake a pre-tour inspection in Jersey in advance of booking your tour with us, we are happy to arrange this for you at cost price. We can arrange for you to visit the fixture venues, accommodation and excursion providers so that you can complete any necessary risk assessments in advance of your main group tour.

Accommodation: All applicable fire safety, food management, dietary requirements, swimming pools and security standards.
Excursions and Activities: We work with a number of trusted local activity providers. We have undertaken risk assessments on each of these providers to ensure that they satisfy the States of Jersey Health and Safety standards.
Financial security
As a member of Protected Trust Services (PTS) you are always secure in the knowledge that your money is safe. All funds you pay for a tour with Rock Sports Travel get paid directly into the PTS trust account. This ensures that should anything happen to Rock Sports Travel, your money and your tour are safe. Your financial security is further enhanced by our supplier failure insurance. All bookings administered through PTS automatically include additional insurance, covering each element of your tour.
Access to 24 hour support and assistance throughout your tour
We are available 24 hours a day throughout your tour to Jersey should you require any assistance. If you have any queries or emergencies while on tour, our team have the skills and local Jersey knowledge to respond to incidents and assist you with anything that you may need.
Fixtures
We understand that well-matched sports fixtures are a key factor in any successful school sports tour. We have an extensive network of contacts to ensure that your team has appropriate fixtures. For rugby fixtures, we can also provide qualified pitch-side medics to assist with any injuries or medical issues . We also provide a laundry service so that you don’t have to bring spare kit or worry about washing the team kit in-between games.
