We are required to collect personal information including (but not limited to) full name, telephone number(s) and email address from individuals who we will contact to arrange fixtures for our touring teams. Personal Data for potential fixture hosts will be stored until which point we are advised that the individual's affiliation with their sports teams has ended.

The main purpose for which we process your personal data is in order to provide customers with our services as a sports tour operator. This involves communicating with you to arrange the tour, to provide assistance during the tour and also deal with any follow-up queries that you may have after the tour.
